January 8- May 28 cash: $810/session (16 classes) cc: $842 (4% service fee) *No class dates TBD In Warrior I, we continue to use movement to see how different moves affects the heart and use journaling as a tool to process what is on the mind, Your child will continue to learn and practice many strategies to help calm, self-regulate and healthy and safe ways to express big emotions and feelings In Warrior I, children begin to familiarize themselves with postures and their names. With this knowledge yogis will begin to sequence and teach their own series of poses to the class! Breath work and mindfulness techniques are woven in as are mindfulness crafts and nature connection/exploration.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
+Cancellations more than one month prior to a session's start date will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of $150. +Cancellations within one month of a session's start date will receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $175. +Cancellations within 2 weeks of a session's start date will not receive a refund. +If TRFY cancels due to COVID restrictions, participants will receive a refund for those days, minus $100 administrative fee. +If TRFY cancels a full session due to COVID restrictions, participants will receive a refund, minus $125 administrative fee. +TRFY reserves the right to cancel camps due to insufficient enrollment. If a camp is cancelled, participants may join another camp or refunds will be issued.
