Summer Camp FAQ
+WHAT TIME DOES CAMP RUN?
9 a.m-3 p.m OR 9 a.m-1 p.m if registered for half day
+WHERE DOES CAMP TAKE PLACE?
Location varies as we have one site in SF and the other in Marin. Please check your email to see where your child's camp will take place. Please note that within one session, location may vary by week.
+WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING TO CAMP?
Please pack a snack (2 if registered for full day, lunch, refillable water bottle, extra clothes, sunblock, and a yoga mat/towel/blanket. If the location is at the beach, bathing suits are welcomed. Please be sure to dress your child in layers and comfortable shoes.
+DO YOU PROVIDE SNACKS OR LUNCH?
No. Please be sure to pack enough food for your child each day. Snacks may be available for an additional charge.
+WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
Each day we begin with a gathering circle. Here we settle in with a few breaths, check in to see how everyone is feeling, and move into morning yoga. After yoga we take some time to journal and reflect on the topic/theme of the day/week. By this time campers are usually itching for snack and nature exploration. This is followed by a mid-day hike and lunch. The day winds down with some art, more nature exploration, yoga/mindfulness games/activities and "savasana" to wrap up our day.

+DO YOU HAVE A WAIT LIST?
Yes. You will be notified when a spot opens up and will have 24 hours to claim your spot.
+HOW CAN I AVOID THE ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FEES?

+WHAT DOES DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP LOOK LIKE?
All COVID safety procedures will be followed. Families are required to self-screen in accordance with the CDC guidelines. By signing your child in each day you acknowledge that your child has been screened, does not exhibit any symptoms of any illness. Parents/caregivers must wear masks at pick-up and drop-off.
Campers who are sick or exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms are directed to stay home.
+DO YOU OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CAMP?
At TRFY we strive to make our programs affordable to all. If you believe a scholarship will help make our program accessible to your child(ren) please fill out our form below. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
+WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
+Cancellations more than one month prior to a session's start date will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of $250.
+Cancellations within one month of a session's start date will not receive a refund in any amount.
+If TRFY cancels camp due to COVID restrictions, participants will receive a refund for those days, minus $100 administrative fee.
+If TRFY cancels a full session due to COVID restrictions, participants will receive a refund, minus $250 administrative fee.
+TRFY reserves the right to cancel camps due to insufficient enrollment. If a camp is cancelled, participants may join another camp or refunds will be issued.
