WHAT TO EXPECT
True Roots movement, nature, and art camp allows children to get grounded in nature and curious about their bodies and the world around them. This school break, give your child the freedom of movement, mindfulness, and fresh air 🤎

Each day we will start the day grounding with a breath and movement/pose of the day. This breath and pose will be revisited and practiced throughout the day as a tool to regulate the mind and body. Throughout the week kids will make and create mindfulness tools and art that they can use at home. We believe that art can be beautiful and useful! At the end of the week your child will come home with a mindfulness tool kit filled with movement and breathing tools to help them self regulate and poses and affirmations to ground and empower themselves.
