Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment All classes must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 48 hours or more before class are eligible for a class credit or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of class, including no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reschedules are not allowed for camp registrations. Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted per booking with at least 48 hours notice or more. Rescheduled classes must be used within 30 days. Minimum Enrollment Classes require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund or credit offered. Health & Safety Participants must remain home if they are feeling unwell. Refunds are not available due to illness. Liability Waiver A signed waiver is required for all participants prior to joining class.
