Service Description
Email: Connect@truerootsfamilyyoga.com to join the waitlist True Roots is a place where children are honored, respected, and met, exactly as they are. Here, children move, create, and build a mindfulness tool kit they can come back to when challenges, stress, and big emotions show up. Our program rests on three pillars: movement, art, and nature exploration. Movement. Yoga and movement give children a way to express themselves and let out big feelings. Art. Art is another way to express what's inside. Children also make their own mindfulness tools to take home that help calm and settle the body and mind. Nature exploration. Nature is our greatest source of connection and calm. Children learn how interwoven we all are, and how to care for the land as its stewards. Although movement, mindfulness, and breathwork are the foundation of our program, we are also inspired by Reggio Emilia, an approach that honors how children construct knowledge, explore, and express themselves in countless ways. And they do it together, in a small community where every child is seen, heard, and welcome. Our groups are small, 6:1 ratio. We invite your child to come as they are. We will guide them to move, explore, learn, grow and take root!
